Features

Buying features

From the lot you win to stock on the floor — purchases, search, invoice PDFs, export, landed cost, inbound delivery, and receiving on one trail.

How buying tools fit together

Most reseller software only does the selling half. Crosslisting tools start when you already have stock, then give you a box on the listing to type what you paid. For a liquidation buyer, that is the wrong half of the week: winning the lot, matching the invoice, spreading fees, and checking in the pallet never happens in those apps.

Here the invoice is the record you list from. Connect the supplier, import the lot, and keep lines, fees, the source PDF, and landed cost — what you paid after premium, VAT, and shipping — on one purchase you can search and export. When delivery lands, you check in against that purchase and see what is still on the floor in All Stock. Research stays on catalogue features; publish on selling features; spend and unit cost on financials.

Key features for buying

Purchases and landed cost

Open each win as a purchase with invoice lines, fees, the source PDF, and landed cost in one place — the figures listing prep and analytics reuse, not a folder of PDFs and a separate cost sheet.

Receiving and warehouse stock

Check in what arrived against the invoice, then see what is still on the floor.

Connect suppliers and import lots

Source integrations

Connect liquidation sources so purchases, files, and costs land in one trail instead of email. Scheduled sync pulls orders without a one-off upload.

See supported buying sources for the launch list.

Manifest import

Upload a spreadsheet, map columns, and turn the lot into a purchase you can research and receive.

Analyse or research a manifest

Map the file and stop there, or confirm the purchase and research the lines to find product information — titles, photos, and other details — so you can list.

Supplier invoice PDF import

Drop a GAP (iBidder / BidSpotter) invoice PDF onto the purchase so hammer, premium, VAT, and shipping become line costs — not a side spreadsheet.

Live auction catalog

Browse the live Jobalots catalog from the portal and queue unknown products for research.

Auction watch list

Keep a list of Jobalots auctions you care about. Bidding still happens on the supplier site.

Purchases, search, PDF, and export

All purchases

Every invoice in one list — totals, item counts, and product photos — instead of a folder of supplier emails.

Search across all purchases

Type a product name or SKU and see which invoices hold it — not only the purchase you already have open.

Date and source filters

Narrow the list by invoice date and supplier so last month’s Jobalots buy is not mixed with yesterday’s GAP lot.

Cards or table

Work invoices as photo cards, or switch to a table of subtotal, VAT, shipping, and total on a wide screen.

Preview products from the list

Open a quick view of every line on an invoice from the card or table, then jump to the product or the purchase.

Purchase details

Open one invoice: header stats, product-line cards with buy price and quantity, and the next step to receive or list.

Supplier invoice PDF

Keep the source PDF on the purchase. Download it from the list, or open the PDF tab next to the product lines.

Filter products on one purchase

Search lines on the open invoice, or show only single-quantity vs mixed-quantity rows.

Export purchases

Download the filtered list as a spreadsheet — one row per invoice, or one row per product line. From details, export is that purchase only.

Landed cost on each line

Spread premium, VAT, and shipping onto the lines at import, then keep that buy cost on the purchase and on stock — not a later cost sheet.

Delivery, receiving, and stock

Delivery tracking

See inbound shipments before the pallet hits the door, so receiving is not a surprise.

Add tracking to a purchase

Save a tracking number and delivery date on the invoice, then follow status from purchase details or the delivery dashboard.

Receive what arrived

Tick off expected lines, grade condition, and confirm into live stock — including a phone check-in session when you scan from the floor.

All Stock and dispositions

Page the whole pipeline — awaiting delivery, unchecked, on-hand, damaged — and filter by how you hold stock.

Filter, sort, and group stock

Narrow All Stock by supplier, category, date, or purchase, then group by product or colourway without loading the warehouse into a spreadsheet first.

Export All Stock

Download the stock list you filtered as a spreadsheet — one row per purchase line.

Catalogue, research, and find-by-sight

Product research, visual search, and barcode scan-to-catalogue live on catalogue features. Photo Lister drafts live on selling features. Year spend, loaded unit prices, and buying dashboards live on financials.
