Fair Use and Acceptable Use

Purpose

This policy defines acceptable automated and manual access to our marketing site. It applies to all users, bots, crawlers, and automated agents.

Permitted use

• Normal browsing by human users.
• Search engine indexing where permitted by robots.txt.
• Reasonable request rates that do not impact site performance.

If automation is required, a subscriber Public API is planned for a later release.

Prohibited use

• Automated scraping, bulk extraction, mirroring, or dataset building.
• AI/LLM training collection from this site without explicit written consent.
• High-frequency crawling, aggressive parallel requests, or evasion of crawl controls.
• Use of bots to probe, test, or exploit security weaknesses.

Technical controls and enforcement

We may apply bot filtering, IP-based controls, rate limiting, request blocking, and legal enforcement where misuse is detected.
