Built by resellers, for resellers

We bought the pallets. We sorted the stock. We listed on eBay. Then we built the tool we wished existed.

The story behind The Reseller Portal

The Reseller Portal didn't start as a software product. It started as a spreadsheet that wasn't working: in the middle of Agnieszka's resale business, where growing volume had outgrown ad-hoc notes and disconnected tools.

She ran the operation day to day; the pain was everything around her that should have been memory, scattered across tabs, listings tools, and bank exports. Antony had already spent years building and advising auction- and marketplace-scale platforms in other contexts, and the work here was to aim that experience at something far more concrete: the check-in, costing, grading, and listing path she actually walked, instead of a generic small-business template that never quite spoke surplus stock or timed auctions. That collaboration: one person living the resale week, another bringing platform depth until the two met in working software: became the foundation the product still stands on.

Along the way we learned the buying-and-selling side properly: not from slide decks about "the liquidation market", but from margin surprises, slow lines, and weekends lost to admin that should have been minutes. The product choices followed those lessons rather than the other way around.

We were buying lots, receiving deliveries, sorting units by condition, photographing products, and listing on eBay. The kind of work that sounds straightforward until you're doing it at volume and realise there is no system holding it together.

Purchases lived in one spreadsheet. Inventory in another. eBay Seller Hub tracked the listings. Bank statements handled the money. None of it connected. We had no reliable way to link a sale back to the lot it came from, no way to see which categories were worth buying, and no view of whether a purchase actually made money until weeks after the last item sold.

That experience is what drove every feature decision in The Reseller Portal. Not a software company guessing what resellers need: operators who lived the workflow, identified every failure point, and built the system Agnieszka's business had earned. What began as tooling to keep one growing operation honest is now something we share with everyone who needs the same thread from purchase to payout.

Every feature solves a problem we experienced

Every feature in The Reseller Portal is grounded in real operational pain and experience: the same lived failures that shaped what follows on this page. Here are the problems we built our way out of.

"Which lot actually made money?"

Purchase-level P&L with per-unit cost tracked from winning bid through to sold price. You always know what you paid, what you sold, and what margin you made: lot by lot.

"Creating listings takes all day."

ASIN-matched titles, condition-grade templates, image management, and multi-channel listing output. A lot that took hours to list manually now takes minutes.

"What am I actually buying?"

Visual and variant product search, brand browse with ASIN depth, and LPN-first lookup let you interrogate catalogue lines before you commit. When stock lands, purchase detail keeps a searchable, quantity-aware line list tied to the same ASIN-backed records, titles, and imagery: so what you researched in the portal is what you grade against on the bench.

"I lost track of what came from which purchase."

Every product is linked to the purchase it came from. Every listing links back to the product and lot. Navigate your entire business in both directions: lot to listing and listing back to lot.

"My eBay descriptions weren't helping me sell."

Generic blurbs and weak titles starve both marketplace search and buyer confidence. Listings are assembled from structured inventory, condition language, and ASIN-aligned detail so copy stays specific and consistent: better SEO signals, clearer expectations, and pages people actually click through and buy from.

"I priced a lot wrong and barely broke even."

What matters is your true landing price: the number that still has to work after fees, shipping, prep, and the surprises that never make it onto the auction page. It's too easy to anchor on the winning bid and forget everything else quietly eating margin until the lot is sold and the spreadsheet tells a different story.

The mission: help you scale

The goal was never just to automate what you're already doing. It was to expand what's possible.

A single operator using The Reseller Portal can handle the purchasing volume, inventory flow, and listing output that would otherwise need three or four people. Not because the tool is magic: because it handles the system work so you can focus on the decisions that require you.

We want to enable resellers to grow from a weekend side income to a full business, or from a small operation to a team, without administrative overhead growing at the same rate as turnover. The system absorbs the scale so you can.
